Confident English Club Terms of Service

Welcome to Confident English Club. By joining or using our membership, services, website, community, or programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Billing and Membership Access
7-Day Free Trial
Your membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel within those 7 days, your card will be charged for the membership fee on the 8th day.

Note: Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the current monthly rate unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.
Quarterly, six month, or annual plans, if selected, will be charged in full after the 7-day trial and provide uninterrupted access for the duration of the selected plan term.
Cancellation & Rejoining Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time. We do not offer partial refunds, but you will keep access to the club until the end of your current billing period. If you decide to rejoin later, you will be charged the current membership rate at that time.

Puedes cancelar tu membresía en cualquier momento. No ofrecemos reembolsos parciales, pero mantendrás el acceso al club hasta el final de tu periodo de facturación actual. Si decides volver a unirte más tarde, se te cobrará la tarifa de membresía vigente en ese momento.
Steps to Cancel Membership
In the Community: Navigate to Manage Your Account. Click Billing or Subscriptions. Click the three dots next to your subscription. Click Cancel. A tutorial video may also be provided inside the community.
By Email or Form: Cancellations may be submitted by email to [email protected] or through the official cancellation form on our website. Cancellation requests must be received at least three business days before your next billing date so they can be processed in time.
You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been completed.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
When you cancel, your access will end immediately.
What Is Included in Membership
Your Confident English Club membership may include the following:
Access to live conversation practice sessions
Access to community discussions and member-only content
Trainings based on the FLUENT English Method
Access to AI tools, learning resources, workbooks, and supporting materials as provided
We reserve the right to add, modify, replace, or discontinue features and content at any time in order to improve the program.
Code of Conduct
To keep our community a safe space for everyone, we might have to remove members who aren't respectful. We hope it never happens, but we've got to keep the vibe positive for everyone!
SMS Communications Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Confident English Club related to your membership and services.

Membership reminders
Billing or payment notifications
Event reminders
Program updates
Customer support responses
Occasional promotional or informational messages related to Confident English Club
Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and participation.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the STOP message, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Confident English Club.
You may reply HELP at any time to receive assistance.

No Guarantee of Results
Confident English Club provides educational tools, coaching, and learning opportunities.
Individual results will vary based on participation, practice, and personal effort.
We make no guarantees regarding specific language outcomes, career results, or personal improvements.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Access
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or remove members from the program at our sole discretion if these Terms of Service are violated or if behavior disrupts the community or learning environment.
