Confident English Club Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2025


Welcome to Confident English Club. By joining or using our membership, services, website, community, or programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Billing and Membership Access

All memberships begin with a 7-day trial period.

On the 8th day, unless canceled, your card will be charged the rate you selected when you enrolled for your first month of membership.

Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the current monthly rate unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

Quarterly, six month, or annual plans, if selected, will be charged in full after the 7-day trial and provide uninterrupted access for the duration of the selected plan term.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Steps to Cancel Membership

In the Community
Navigate to Manage Your Account. Click Billing or Subscriptions. Click the three dots next to your subscription. Click Cancel. A tutorial video may also be provided inside the community.

By Email or Form
Cancellations may be submitted by email to
[email protected] or through the official cancellation form on our website. Cancellation requests must be received at least three business days before your next billing date so they can be processed in time.


You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been completed.


No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.


When you cancel, your access will end immediately.

Rejoining Policy

If you cancel your membership, your current membership rate is forfeited. If you later choose to rejoin Confident English Club, you will be offered the current membership rate available at that time.

What Is Included in Membership

Your Confident English Club membership may include the following:


Access to live conversation practice sessions

Access to community discussions and member-only content

Trainings based on the FLUENT English Method

Access to AI tools, learning resources, workbooks, and supporting materials as provided


We reserve the right to add, modify, replace, or discontinue features and content at any time in order to improve the program.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a supportive learning environment, all members must follow these guidelines:


Treat other members and staff with respect and professionalism

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Do not share, distribute, or resell any program materials without written permission


Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.


SMS Communications Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Confident English Club related to your membership and services.

SMS messages may include:

Membership reminders

Billing or payment notifications

Event reminders

Program updates

Customer support responses

Occasional promotional or informational messages related to Confident English Club


Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and participation.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.


After you send the STOP message, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Confident English Club.

No Guarantee of Results

Confident English Club provides educational tools, coaching, and learning opportunities.


Individual results will vary based on participation, practice, and personal effort.


We make no guarantees regarding specific language outcomes, career results, or personal improvements.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Access

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or remove members from the program at our sole discretion if these Terms of Service are violated or if behavior disrupts the community or learning environment.
